Aim: The aim of this blog post was to get another blog post done about Malala Because this is the last blog post about our novel study on Malala.

For this week's blog of the Malala novel study, I am doing an unfamiliar 6-word challenge/activity The six words will come from the, I am Malala Book: Teen Edition Retold By Malala For Her Own Generation version,

For this task, it will be the last and we are starting on a new book called Brando "Wild boy" Yelavich

6 Unfamiliar words in the I Am Malala Book:
  • Page 63, Chapter 10, Word: Taliban,
The Taliban is a Malicious, Forceful group that held power over most of Afghanistan during the late 1990s, The word Taliban comes from tālib, "Student" in Arabic.

  • Page 66, Chapter 10, Word: Bhabi,
This may sound like your favorite toy but it actually means Sister-in-law for a countable noun, Sister-in-law meaning that is you have a brother & he gets married the person he gets married to is your sister-in-law or brother-in-law,

  • Page 66, Chapter 10, Word: Khaista,
Khaista is a Muslim boy name, name meaning in Urdu, so the Urdu language is the correct pronunciation, In English the name means Beautiful.

  • Page 67, Chapter 10, Word: Fazlalluhs,
Fazlallah also spelled as Fadallah, Fazlollah, Fazlullah, etc. is a male given name, also split into a few words Fadl and Allah's, meaning Bounty of God.

  • Page 73, Chapter 11, Word: Moniba,
It is basically a polite saying, of the Origins of Moniba, Meaning Thanks! M & the "M" meaning for mild and your gentle ways so Moniba is a name for the gentle, mild & polite.
