For this Dmic Maths lesson, we started to work on a new equation these Dmic maths problems was all about the neighborhood & only a quarter of 92 will get mowed & then we have to add up
The full equation is that: There are 92 houses on Rimutaka Avenue. 1/4 of them have asked me to mow their lawns once a week.
My mom has agreed for me to hire out our lawn mower for a rate of $2.50 per hour.
On average, it takes me half an hour to mow each lawn.
A tank of petrol costs me $12 and lasts for 6 hours.
If I charge $15 per hour, How much profit will I make in one week?
This what my group & I did or am still trying to put it in better maths, words or numbers we were working out how much is 1/4 92 & we estimated that it was 23 because we halved it.
This is all we did and what we tried to do last week but this week the problem might be a little bit easier.
