My Weekly Physical Activity.

Aim: The aim is to make a blog post about making a schedule about fitness & challenging physical stuff to do for 5 Days a week & 30 minutes a day.

From Drama this week we did something to improve how we do exercise or how a physical attribute we do to keep up and sortive make a schedule, this blog post is for making an intense, challenging, sports thing we should do, Misses Shehata recommended us to do this blog as well.

  • Running, Jogging
  • Walking
  • Fitness
  • Playing Sports, Basketball
30 minutes a Day, 5 Days a week 

I promise to do more fitness for 5 days a week & 30 Minutes a day and more sports with that too.
